The EuroLeague Players Association has been founded in 2018. Since then, the association has grown and together with the Players Board first steps were made to improve the rights and conditions of EuroLeague players.
After three years, ELPA reached a collective agreement with the league and the clubs, called the EuroLeague Framework Agreement.
