ISDE Law & Business School and EuroLeague Players’ Association will continue to provide ELPA members with new learning opportunities. By renewing their collaboration, they aim to reach even more EuroLeague players who are willing to dedicate part of their time to their academic careers. The collaboration is not only extended, but also expanded – there will be more available spots and more available programs provided for the players by this eminent university.

Juan José Sánchez Puig, ISDE CEO: “ISDE is always keen to partner with elite sports institutions such as the Euroleague Players’ Association, which is committed to excellence in helping their members achieve their objectives. We are happy to continue providing EuroLeague players with quality-based practical training programs, that enable them to successfully manage their professional careers and therefore expand industry networking among peers.”

Anze Blazic, Secretary General, ELPA: “One of ELPA’s important tasks is to offer our members interesting educational programs, which have been well received in the past. After last season’s successful start of our collaboration with ISDE, even more players expressed interest in pursuing an academic degree while they play basketball as professionals. Therefore, the decision to extend our agreement was easy. We are proud to work together with such an exquisite partner towards a common goal of providing educational opportunities to our amazing athletes.”

Last season four ELPA members decided to pursue their academic degrees through ISDE’s Global Master in Sports Management course. Player applications for ELPA’s educational class of 2022 will be open shortly after the new year.
