In this episode of the ELPA Podcast, my guest is Bostjan Nachbar. Former NBA & EuroLeague player, ‘Boki’ is now Managing Director of ELPA. We talked about how he got involved in starting players association right after his playing career and how office work differs from being on the court. He spoke about recent improvements that ELPA achieved for players and gave us a closer look at the process of negotiation with the Euroleague management.
