ELPA and its members congratulate Dejan Bodiroga (President) and Marshall Glickman (CEO) for their appointment as the new leadership of EuroLeague Basketball

We look forward to working with the new President, whose invaluable experience as one of the best European basketball players of all time will undoubtedly help to achieve even bigger improvements and higher standards for EuroLeague and EuroCup players. At the same time, we are eager to explore sports business opportunities with the new CEO and to further define the Players’ role in elevating both competitions and expanding the basketball fan base.

ELPA would like to express its gratitude to former President and CEO Jordi Bertomeu, whose vision was instrumental for players to be able to organize their union under the Euroleague umbrella. His understanding that players are main stakeholders of the competition marked a new era in European basketball and it is our duty to continue building on the great work of the past four years since ELPA’s establishment.
